We typically book about 1–2 weeks out. Depending on the time of year, our books can fill up months in advance, especially around the holidays. If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your spot.

Nope, you don’t need to be home. Before cleaning day we will get all the information needed to enter and exit safely whether you’re present or not. That way you can sit back and relax while we handle everything else.

When a fill-in is needed, our thorough training and detailed notes ensure any cleaner stepping in provides the same quality care you’re used to.

No major prep is needed. We just ask that surfaces are picked up so we can focus on cleaning rather than tidying. That said, we don’t expect your home to be perfect. We’re used to real-life homes and can work around things as needed.
